Our Commitment

We want you to love everything you order from Tendeli. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Opened food, beverage, or supplement products
  • Opened personal care or beauty products
  • Digital downloads or custom/personalized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@tendeli.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or variant. Contact us at support@tendeli.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
