Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@tendeli.com. We'll send a replacement immediately.

How do you select your products?
Every product in our store is hand-curated based on quality, value, and brand integrity. We test and research products before adding them to Tendeli. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make the cut.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source directly from brands and authorized distributors. Every product sold on Tendeli is 100% authentic.
Do you sell supplements and food products?
Yes. All food, beverage, and supplement products in our store are sourced from reputable brands. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card number.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your order history.
