How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 11–15 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum. No code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@tendeli.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return under our 30-day policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We provide a prepaid return label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@tendeli.shop with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no return required for damaged items.
When will I receive my refund?
5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the funds.
Products
How do you select your products?
We source directly from Korean brands . Every product is verified before it hits our catalog. We test on our own team. If it doesn't deliver visible results in 30 days, we don't list it.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes. Look for "Complete the Routine" bundles on product pages. Bundle and save.
Account & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details. Your payment data is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout in the "Discount Code" field. First-time customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off.
