How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from Tendeli
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
  3. Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and enter your tracking number

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

If it's been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct
  • Contact us at support@tendeli.com with your order number

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
