How to Track Your Order
- Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from Tendeli
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number
- Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and enter your tracking number
Haven't Received a Tracking Email?
If it's been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct
- Contact us at support@tendeli.com with your order number
Estimated Delivery Times
