Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12 PM EST)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the size of your order. The carrier is selected to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your area.

International Shipping

At this time, Tendeli ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply). We are working to expand international shipping in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@tendeli.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full replacement.
