Free Shipping on Every Order
Tendeli offers free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum purchase required, no discount code needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska). and internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at Track Your Order or directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to activate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first. If the package is genuinely missing, email us at support@tendeli.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll resolve it.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@tendeli.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
